How do I track my shipment?

What if my shipment is delayed?

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team immediately. We'll investigate and keep you updated. Refunds or compensation may apply as per our policy.

Can I change the delivery address after booking?

Yes, you can request an address change by contacting support at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery. Additional charges may apply based on the distance change.

What languages do you support?

We offer support in Hindi, English, Bhojpuri, and soon in Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Marathi. Just let us know your preferred language.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup. Refunds for lost or damaged items are processed within 5-7 business days as per our insurance policy.
